We are direct receivers of beef, veal, lamb, pork
and poultry and within our USDA approved facilities
we have the capability of processing these items to specifications.
Furthermore, because we are a licensed distributor of Certified
Angus Beef™, and because we have access to various exotic
meats, we provide a source for those who prefer the CAB
label and for those who possess an adventurous spirit
